Free to use. No obligation, no fees for you

How it works

Three steps, in the right order.

1. Check your property

Your address, the buildings that need coverage, and whether you have ordered your kit yet. Two minutes, and you get your property brief straight away: modelled wind history, terrain, and the nearest listed installer. An exposed ridgeline needs a different mount than a sheltered section in town.

2. Get matched

Where our matching pilot is live, we send your brief to a participating installer who contacts you directly. Elsewhere, we tell you straight and point you at the verified installers listed for your region.

3. Installed and sorted

A tidy, weatherproof install with WiFi that reaches where you need it. Most professional installs run $400 to $500.

Assessed, not guessed

We assess your property before anyone quotes.

Type your address and we pull a year of modelled wind history for your coordinates, read how your site sits in the land, and match the nearest professional. Free with every quote, in seconds.

Verdict: custom wind-rated mount territory

A deliberately hard example: exposed hill country needing a custom wind-rated mount. A straightforward install runs $400 to $500.

The guide most people need first

Most of New Zealand is a high wind zone. Your mount should know that.

The kickstand in the box is built for a calm backyard. Read what exposed sites actually need before your dish goes on the roof.

Common questions

Before you ask.

Is this service free?

Yes. Getting matched with an installer costs you nothing and carries no obligation. You deal with the installer directly and pay them directly.

Are you part of Starlink?

No. We are an independent New Zealand assessment and installer-matching service. We are not affiliated with Starlink or SpaceX. That independence is the point: we assess your property, then connect you with a good local installer.

Should I order my Starlink kit before or after talking to an installer?

Before you order is the best time to talk. The right kit and mount depend on your property, and a five minute conversation can save you buying the wrong package. Read our package guide, or request a quote and ask.

Do you cover rural properties?

Rural properties are most of what Starlink installers do in New Zealand. Hill country, farms, coastal sites and off-grid builds are all normal work for the installers listed here.

Ready when you are.

Two minutes of questions, then a local professional takes it from there.
